About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst will join a dynamic, Corporate FP&A team that works cross-functionally within the organization to produce analytical deliverables to key stakeholders and executive management. This role is a member of a team with primary responsibilities over headquarter functions, consolidations, and analysis over segment financial results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of financial planning or similar experience.
• Demonstrated prior experience in financial modeling.

• Experience using financial systems and prior reporting experience for a multi-segment business.
• Experience developing forecasts and operating plans.
• Exceptional analytical skills (linking results to drivers).
• Skilled in delivering clear, concise, and effective communication across all organizational levels, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual.
• Ability to quickly identify subtle patterns among issues.

Responsibilities

• Participate in analysis of headquarter cost centers.
• Consolidate total company results on a monthly, quarterly, & annual basis.
• Support monthly forecast & annual budgeting process and assist in building strategic plans.
• Participate in monthly & quarterly presentations for the leadership team & Board of Directors.
• Provide financial and analytical support for external reporting requirements for the leadership team.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis where necessary.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing data accuracy and the quality of financial analysis.
