Our team is growing and we are looking for an A team player to take on the role of new client acquisition advisor. As a Financial Planner at Arcadia, you serve as the primary advisor responsible for converting warm, pre-qualified opportunities into long-term Family Office relationships. This is a sales and service role focused on onboarding new clients sourced through Arcadia’s marketing engine, referrals, workshops, and seminars. You are not responsible for cold calling or self-generating leads. All prospects are warm and have expressed interest prior to engagement. Your primary responsibility is to clearly articulate and deliver “The Arcadia Way” — positioning our collaborative Family Office model as the ideal solution for the millionaire next door. You will lead prospective clients through discovery, present comprehensive planning strategies, and guide them confidently through the decision to engage Arcadia. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure aligned with new client revenue generation.
