Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuit of CPA or CFP
  • Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with senior Advisors and clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audience
  • Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly team meetings and prioritize putting into practice a cohesive and efficient way of getting team tasks completed.
  • Run reports for teams in the office and manage the report pipeline.
  • Maintain and clean reports as they come through the CRM.
  • Run or review weekly reports for clients on potential cash investments.
  • Maintain updated client tax information within the SharePoint folder; assist with ongoing maintenance including gathering and uploading documents to SharePoint record.
  • Work within CAPCONNECT to clean and audit contact information, maintain clients needing review list, insurance policy information, and track important dates.
  • Monitor calendar-driven deadlines, including required minimum distributions, IRA contributions, 401k contributions, 529 contributions, etc.
  • Assist team in transitioning client accounts to centralized trading.
  • Serve as second chair FARM in meetings, where capacity dictates. Primarily listening, notetaking, and presenting some of information when ready.
  • Assist with meeting preparation and meeting-follow-up with clients.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as required, including firm-wide initiatives.
