Adept at collaborating with clinical leaders, department managers, and executive teams to align financial strategies with organizational goals. Demonstrates strong analytical skills, proficiency with healthcare financial systems, and a deep understanding of reimbursement models, regulatory requirements, and hospital operational workflows. Committed to delivering accurate insights that drive efficiency, sustainability, and informed decision making across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field required.
- Knowledge of GAAP and healthcare financial regulations
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree (MBA, MHA) preferred.
- Professional certifications a plus: CPA, CFA, CHFP (Certified Healthcare Financial Professional)
