This Position is Contingent upon Award Position Overview: The Financial Paraprofessional will assist certified financial counselors in delivering financial planning services to caregivers and veterans.

Requirements

• Associate degree in finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services or customer support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to pass Tier-1 background investigation.

• Experience with financial counseling programs.
• Knowledge of VA benefits and caregiver support programs.
• Proficiency in financial software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial summaries and assist with budgeting tools.
• Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Support counselors in providing education on debt management and retirement planning.
• Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards.
