About The Position

The Operations Specialist will support the Global Payment Operations team by reviewing, researching, and manually repairing U.S. wire transfer transactions in a non-call, back-office environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to recognize transaction patterns, and strict adherence to established banking procedures and controls.

Requirements

Prior experience with wire transfers or payment operations preferred.
Experience in banking, financial services, escrow, or accounting environments.
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable working an overnight shift following daytime training.

Responsibilities

Review and process USD wire transfers, including identifying and resolving exceptions.
Perform manual repairs on wire transactions that fail or do not meet processing requirements.
Research discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate resolution.
Follow all operational procedures, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
Generate reports and support exception processing activities.
Assist with documenting, implementing, and monitoring operational processes.
Provide guidance to team members regarding procedural or system changes.
Collaborate with internal teams to support operational solutions.
