About The Position

The Financial Operations Specialist will support Ecolab's finance team through billing, contract, and pricing administration. This role requires strong technical aptitude with ERP systems, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage defined financial processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Strong ERP system capabilities; SAP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Prior experience supporting contract administration or pricing activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing arrangement setups, renewals, and amendments.
• Provide front-end and back-end contract support, including intake, review, and facilitation.
• Assist with year-end pricing activities, including price planning and implementation.
• Partner with finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with processes.
• Perform ad hoc financial and administrative support as needed.
