About The Position

Mars is looking for a candidate with a Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting, or a High School diploma (or equivalent) along with 3 years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting skills and have previous experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections. Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced and changing environment are essential. Intermediate Excel skills are required for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting, or a High School diploma (or equivalent).
• 3 years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Previous Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clinic Group Customers, Account Management, and Vet Pillar Customers with Collections.
• Collaborate with Sales & Supply teams to resolve customer disputes.
• Review Aging Reports and perform collections activities to resolve past due accounts.
• Work on and update general mailbox inquiries, Salesforce cases, and calls as received.
