We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support the full lifecycle of our finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, invoicing, and collections . This role is instrumental in ensuring our cash flow remains healthy and our customers receive accurate, timely financial communication. You’ll work closely with the Finance Operations Manager and cross-functional partners, gaining deep exposure to how a global SaaS organization runs its financial backbone. Responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day AP and AR activities, including invoice processing, payment posting, and collections follow-up
- Own the billing & invoicing cycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support month-end close through reconciliations and reporting
- Prepare and maintain AR aging reports , escalating risks proactively
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain clean financial records
- Work directly with customers, including those in LATAM, to support billing and payment issues
- Contribute to process improvements that strengthen financial accuracy, speed, and efficiency
- Support a fast-growing finance organization as we scale globally
