About The Position

Turner & Townsend is seeking an analytical individual to join the USA Finance team, responsible for preparing and maintaining monthly financial reports for the USA business. This role involves collaborating with the finance team to aggregate financial information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports, and improving business reporting and decision-making efficiencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working within an accountancy/finance-based position.
• Working knowledge of month end, forecasting, invoicing, and financial management.
• Understanding of GAAP financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information.
• Strong Excel Skills (including Sumif, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and Graphs).
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of D365 and Power BI preferable but not essential.
• Resourceful problem solver able to work on own initiative and meet deadlines.
• Flexible and responsive to keep up with fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of revenue reports using Microsoft D365 and other internal systems.
• Support of internal forecasting process by maintaining shared Microsoft Teams channels used by business leads.
• Examine and synthesize financial data related to relocation expenses and create detailed repayment letters based on expenses incurred.
• Review, analyze and maintain business utilization reports.
• Assist in updating various financial reports for internal executive meetings.
• Business travel analysis including creation of reports for key stakeholders.
• Support to Financial Planning & Analysis team with development of internal Key Performance Indicator and ad hoc reports.
