About The Position

Business Development Resources (BDR) is the premier provider of business training and coaching services to HVAC contractors. Our goal is simple: empower our clients with our industry experience and information to give them the knowledge and skills they need to drive profit and growth in their business. We are currently looking for a Financial Onboarding and Processing Specialist to join our team and embark on their career with BDR! If you have accounting experience (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, etc.), are detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive then this might be a job for you!

Responsibilities

• Processing of client financial statements as necessary
• Complete onboarding of new Financial Coach accounts
• Work with clients to set foundational structure in accounting software
• Retrieves information as requested from records, emails, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
• Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
• Update and maintain templates
• Update Financial Coach resources as directed
• Complete reporting as directed
• Use the tools and resources as provided within the guidelines specified
• Maintain client files and appropriate electronic documentation as directed
• Treat all internal and external customers, clients, and co-workers with respect
• Other duties as assigned
