Property Summary: Stonebridge Ranch is a master planned community 35 miles Northeast of Dallas on 5,000 acres in McKinney, Texas, and contains 10,000 single-family homes and 35,000 residents. This is an Onsite postiion. The Financial Manager is responsible for providing general ledger, cash management, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, customized reports, and financial management consultation services for a portfolio of elite onsite and high-rise community association clients. This position will interface with the General Managers, Director of Association Management, Regional Vice Presidents of Onsite Management, community association Board of Directors and third-party service providers on financial matters. This is a "hands-on" position from an accounting perspective. The Financial Manager will report directly to the Financial Director.
