You will be the Financial Management Stf for the Global Supply Chain Business Operations Department. Our team is responsible for analyzing and controlling costs for programs in Material/Subcontracts. As the Financial Management Stf, you will be responsible for compiling and reviewing budgets, performing financial cost analysis functions, and preparing reports to maintain the company's accounting system.

  • Compiling and reviewing budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources.
  • Performing multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost allocation and setting up cost control systems.
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly Estimated to Complete/Estimate at Completion updates.
  • Compiling and analyzing weekly/monthly Sales Forecasts, including analysis of actual costs and future plans.
  • Taking the lead in assigned program activities and special projects.
  • Strong experience in use of Microsoft Excel, Word.
  • Possess the capacity for the development and use of advanced Excel applications.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor or as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Experience with supply chain management.
  • Experience with MRP systems.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Knowledge of EVMS.
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver, attention to detail.
