Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or related discipline from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Experience in business operations/finance/mathematics
  • Quick Learner with aptitude for various systems and processes
  • Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound, data driven analysis
  • Ability to work independently providing financial recommendations to program personnel & program management
  • Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Strong Analytical ability and Problem Solving Skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
  • Experience with SQL, Advanced Excel including Charts, Pivot Tables & Advanced Formulas and other Advanced Excel Functionality
  • Experience in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate financial results (orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, overhead, discretionary funding) for monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reporting.
  • Develop and maintain performance‑management budgeting, forecasting, and risk‑assessment models.
  • Produce data‑driven visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to inform strategy.
  • Support proposal development, basis‑of‑estimate, and contract negotiations with financial expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and internal controls.
