Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (ie Finance, Accounting, etc)
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot tables, Formula development)
  • Ability to present to leadership

Responsibilities

  • Establish and manage overhead expense budgets.
  • Perform financial and variance analysis to support quarterly Estimates‑at‑Complete (EAC).
  • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support forward‑pricing rate development and related cost modeling.
  • Maintain accurate historical cost data and documentation.
