We are looking for a Financial Lines Complex Claims Analyst - Employment Practices Liability (“EPL”). The position can be based in either our Chicago or New York office. You will be working with a small but diverse team of claims professionals of various experience levels and backgrounds, in a collegial and supportive atmosphere that values individual strengths and encourages professional development and participation in industry leadership. The Complex Claims Analyst will proactively investigate, evaluate, and negotiate resolution of assigned primary and excess EPL claims, in accordance with established best practices. In addition, the Complex Claims Analyst will develop and maintain relationships with customers and brokers as well as internal business partners.
