Digital Sustainment & Analytics is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join the DSA Integration Office supporting the DSA Organization in initiatives across all lines of business in Sustainment Operations. This role supports the DSA Leadership and Integration Office by managing and owning the Operational budget for an organization over 500 individuals. This role will interface with Teams across Sustainment to shape and influence processes and procedures across the organization. Specific duties for this role include provide oversight of the DSA Overhead budget, Allocated Direct Charge budget, frequent communication with team members, Control Account Managers, OBS Managers and Capability Leadership. - Lead automation and efficiency initiatives related to the Operational Budget (e.g. Tableau, MS Teams, HUB, etc.) - Prepare monthly analysis and presentations for senior leadership - Review and reconcile charging to ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin Business Rules and Standards - Support the DSA Financial Integration Lead by applying Earned Value Management system principles to financial integration initiatives. - Support DSA Integration Office Manager in all other assignments as needed This position will require entry into an Area Controlled Access (ACA) facility – US Citizenship is required.
