The Financial Intake Specialist is responsible for utilizing customer service skills to meet client intake and information service needs, as well as provide general information and referral services. The Financial Intake Specialist is responsible for conducting financial intake interviews with clients. This position also rotates coverage for front desk reception and financial intake duties as needed.
