About The Position

BAE Systems is seeking a Financial Forecast Analyst to support the Program Management Office (PMO) in various financial planning and analysis activities. This role involves working with JAVA and SQL coding skills to facilitate budget variance identification, resource planning, and continuous improvement efforts for a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. The analyst will enhance in-house tools and provide critical insights to support decision-making processes within the PMO's Cost Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Superior communication and presentation skills
• Ability to maintain tools and applications based in JAVA, SQL, and Microsoft Excel (advanced user)

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and Visual Basic
• Familiarity with budgeting concepts and data analysis
• Familiarity with Level of Effort (LOE) service contracts

• Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
