Requirements

  • Client Relationship Management - Knowledge and ability to determine and satisfy client needs and maintain a partnering relationship during engagements

  • Decision Making and Critical Thinking - Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations fully and accurately and reach productive decisions
  • Effective Communications - Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs. Ability to read and understand details, direction and tasks resulting from written communication from colleagues

Responsibilities

  • Handles all support functions for client’s financial wellness program. This includes ordering employee incentive items as needed, accurately recording cost and item tracking information. This also includes servicing general email and voicemail boxes on an ongoing basis and completing all tasks related in incoming calls and emails
  • Manages meeting input and availability in the RPAG system
  • Schedules ad hoc meetings for employee with their assigned Financial Professional as needed. This includes tracking receipt of meeting summaries and accurately inputting data into client records
  • Supports team of Financial Professionals to provide ongoing calendar of events and all necessary information for scheduled appointments
  • Produces promotional materials for scheduled events. This will include email campaigns, flyers and other materials as needed by clients
  • Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients. This includes coordinating and conducting implementation calls, bi-weekly status calls and ongoing oversight of each client’s financial wellness program
  • Other program related tasks as needed
