About The Position

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience.
- Experience with governmental finance, fiscal administration of federal programs, and complex accounting.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the operations and personnel of the Administrative Services Division.
- Oversee all financial and budgeting processes, and contract and grant administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Responsible for financial policy, internal controls, audits, financial compliance, and reporting.
- Manage human resources, technological support, and facilities.
- Support the department's mission as the state energy office and its role in regulating utilities.
