RapidRatings is looking for a motivated Financial Statement Analyst to join our Data Analysis team. The ideal candidate for this role is a strong communicator with an eye for details, and experience supporting financial statement analysis in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will: Make an impact by evaluating and standardizing financial statements provided by our clients and their counterparties from globally public and private companies. This role will gain a deeper knowledge of business industries, financial statement nuances, and internal company operations Have influence by analyzing, validating, and maintaining financial information for both private and public counterparties.   • Evaluating and standardizing financial statements provided by our clients and their counterparties from globally public and private companies
  • Analyzing, validating, and maintaining financial information for both private and public counterparties
  • Maintaining a high level of quality in areas including client satisfaction, operations, process improvement, workflow and more
  • Managing recurring workflow and projects simultaneously
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of work experience
  • Financial and accounting acumen
  • Experience working with financial statements preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and organize high volume work
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills and can communicate effectively across all levels
  • Ability to multi-task; time-management/ problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent diligence and analytical skills
  • Expectation for this role is 2 days a week in the office to interact with other team members.
