About The Position
Financial Data Analyst – FP&A Systems & Automation ? Westford, MA ? $80K–$100K Base + 10% Bonus Newly Created Role | Hiring Now A growing Corporate FP&A organization is building out its next-generation financial analytics capability and is hiring a Financial Data Analyst to help drive automation, financial system optimization, and data-driven reporting. This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and technology. You will help manage and improve the company’s OneStream financial planning platform, build automated data workflows, develop BI dashboards, and support the finance team’s adoption of AI-driven analytics tools. If you enjoy building smarter systems, improving data processes, and turning financial data into insights, this is a great opportunity to grow within a modern FP&A environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or similar.
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, financial analytics, or finance operations (Strong recent graduates with strong technical skills are welcome to apply)
- Experience or exposure to: OneStream or other EPM systems Alteryx, SQL, or automation tools BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) AI tools, machine learning, or financial automation
Responsibilities
- Managing and optimizing the OneStream financial planning system
- Building automated data workflows and financial data transformations
- Developing BI dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting cycles
- Improving data quality, reporting processes, and system efficiency
- Partnering with FP&A leadership, Corporate IT, and Finance Center of Excellence
- Supporting the rollout of AI-driven financial analysis and forecasting tools
