The Financial Data Analyst is responsible for managing financial data integrity, supporting reporting and automation initiatives, and providing actionable analysis to guide decision-making across the organization. This position works cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, improve system efficiencies, and support continuous process improvements in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho, and other integrated systems.

  • Collect, analyze, and reconcile financial data from multiple systems including QuickBooks Online (QBO), Zoho, ADP, and banking platforms.
  • Design and maintain automated financial reporting tools and dashboards for management review.
  • Monitor and report on cash flow trends, sales data, and expense variances to support forecasting and business planning.
  • Partner with Accounts Payable and Receivable to validate transaction accuracy and ensure proper categorization in QBO.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing reconciled data sets, reports, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ensure data integrity across financial systems through validation, error resolution, and quality checks.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports for management, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools that streamline accounting and reporting processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of financial data processes and support compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
  • Assist with financial analysis on operational metrics, product performance, and global cost tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial data analysis, accounting, or business analytics.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
  • Working knowledge of Zoho or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and data reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate financial data effectively.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience with data integration or automation workflows (e.g., Power Query, Zoho Analytics).
  • Understanding of cost accounting or FP&A fundamentals.
