About The Position

As a Financial Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our investors, guiding them through: Account transactions like purchases, redemptions, and exchanges Online account navigation and troubleshooting Decision-making support based on their financial goals

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a customer service role (retail, food service, etc.)
  • Career-minded with a strong work ethic and ambition to grow
  • Excellent problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and detail-oriented
