You'll assist with a broad range of needs including answering questions about their 401k account balance and helping to make withdrawals, loans, account maintenance, provide education or resources. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication.
• Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward diverse customers.
• Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments.
• Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Strong social skills and a self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding their 401k account balance and help with withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance.
• Provide education and resources to customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Participate in a training cohort for the first 14 weeks to learn about the financial services industry.
• Handle customer calls, starting with basic inquiries and progressing to more complex issues.
• Engage in team activities, well-being support, and career coaching during work hours.
