The Opportunity As a Financial Crimes Unit Data & Analytics Tech Associate, you will engage in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. You will leverage your skills in data visualization and analytics platforms to deliver insights that drive decision-making and enhance business intelligence. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical expertise. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Data and Analytics group, where you will contribute to continuous process improvement and data quality assurance. You will manage data pipelines and engage in stakeholder interactions, using your analytical skills to interpret data and inform insights. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of business contexts and how they are evolving, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles intended for job seekers who are completing or have recently completed their final academic year of educational requirements

- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and Java programming languages
