Who you are: As a Financial Crimes Investigator II with Frost, you will independently conduct complex and in-depth investigations, including gathering and analyzing additional data to support your conclusions and/or comply with the law. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Criminal Justice, a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in financial crime services
  • Demonstrated ability to independently and accurately make risk-based decisions that comply with complex regulatory and legal requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge of your team’s role in complying with regulatory and legal requirements
  • Expert level communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Financial crimes certifications such as ACFE, ACAMS, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and decision case and issue escalations from other Investigators and analysts
  • Independently conduct complex and in-depth investigations, including gathering and analyzing additional data to support your conclusions and/or comply with the law
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for a specific domain of knowledge to handle any escalated problem
  • Collaborate with both internal and external parties on behalf of the bank to resolve outstanding questions
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
