About the role(s): The position, located at Saxo’s Headquarters in Hellerup, sits within the Financial Crime Prevention (“FCP”) Group-Wide Risk Assessment & Policies team, which is part of the broader FCP organization in 1st Line of Defence. The team is responsible for coordinating, drafting and maintaining Saxo Bank’s Group-Wide Risk Assessment (“GWRA”) and its Group-Wide policies. This includes leading, coordinating and managing the process of undertaking the Group’s principal risk assessment processes related to Financial Crime Prevention. The Saxo Bank GWRA forms the foundation for how the Saxo Bank, including its branches and subsidiaries, organize, develop and enhance its policies, procedures and controls to combat and prevent it being misused for financial crime. It entails a comprehensive qualitative and data-driven quantitative risk identification and assessment process, in which all financial crime-related risk factors associated with Saxo Bank’s business model are identified, assessed and applied to serve as the foundation for the Group’s overall strategy, Policy Framework and operational risk management efforts.
