About The Position

Holyoke Medical Center is a proud 219-bed community hospital that has served the healthcare needs of the pioneer valley for over 125 years. We continue to grow and address the needs of our community through quality and patient-centered care. Our Patient Registration team is seeking an experienced individual to act as a resource to patients and complete or assist in completing necessary applications for Mass Health, Uncompensated care, Medical Hardship, and other programs available to patients.

Requirements

• High School Graduate
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business office environment, preferably in a hospital setting
• Experience including communication with third-party payors
