Overview WHO are we looking for? CAPTRUST is seeking a Financial Counselor II who want to make a difference in people’s financial lives. Those that want to have holistic financial conversations to help educate and guide participants in employer sponsored retirement plans. We primarily speak with participants who have pre-scheduled an appointment with the CAPTRUST at Work desk (outbound call). Your conversations will be unique and will answer the participants’ questions as well as discover areas of financial concern they may not even be aware of.
