About The Position
This position is responsible for getting a patients insurance verfied and copays collected. The role requires movement on your feet in the ER and other parts of the hospital and will require speaking directly to patients in a compassionate but professional manner. We stand by our mission to treat everyone with dignity and respect. We offer benefits on day one, and also tuition reimbursement so you may want to return to school and continue to grow. The shifts are 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends amongst the staff.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or higher to qualify
- Must have 2 or more years of customer service experience or equivalent
