About The Position
POSITION INFORMATION Position summary: The Access Rep III is considered a Patient Access subject matter expert and handles medium to high complexity registration, financial counseling, customer service, and benefits related-concerns.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2 years' experience in patient registration, scheduling or related medical ? field
- Familiar with medical insurance payers, including Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Payment collection experience
Nice To Haves
- Post-High School education preferred
- CHAA or related medical certification preferred
