The Financial coordinator is responsible for coordinating referrals, scheduling appointments, obtaining insurance verification and benefits, tracking, documenting and communicating the authorizations of status to internal and external providers as well as the patient/family. This position will be supporting a busy Provider with coordinating referrals and authorizations, following up on post-visit orders, relaying messages from patients and families, scheduling and rescheduling patients, as needed. You can work in our Orange or Mission Viejo location, but training (approx. 4-6 weeks) will be onsite in Orange.
