The Financial Controls Manager for CHA owned developments within the Asset Management department is responsible for a broad range of quantitative and financial activities related to Asset Management. Those activities will focus on financial analysis and the full range of budgeting management activity for all CHA owned developments that are subsidized through Public Housing or RAD programs. This will include developing, reviewing, analyzing, and reporting on operating budgets. These functions will include budget revisions and advising the Property Operations team of financial implications and potential outcomes of site level activity. They will generate various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
