About The Position

Role : Financial Controller Working Hours: 9:00 AM EST-5:00 PM EST (Monday-Friday) Salary Range: $3,000-$3,500/month based on experience Key Responsibilities Daily Financial Operations: Manage and participate in daily transactional finance, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and order management. You'll ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial entries across multiple entities. Multi-Entity Financial Oversight: Oversee financial operations across several entities, ensuring consistent systems, controls, and reporting. Process Design & Systems Implementation: Build and implement scalable financial processes to support company growth. You'll identify inefficiencies and design solutions that streamline workflows and improve visibility. Month-End Close & Reporting: Lead month-end close across all entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and internal reporting. ERP Implementation & Oversight: Lead the setup and rollout of a unified ERP system. You will oversee process mapping, data migration, and system integration for finance and operations. What We're Looking For 7+ years in accounting, finance, or controller-level roles, preferably in multi-entity environments. Experience working in or supporting start-ups or scale-ups with evolving systems and processes. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online , Excel/Google Sheets, and other cloud-based finance tools. A deep understanding of core finance functions: AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting, cash flow, and cost tracking. A self-starter with strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Requirements

• 7+ years in accounting, finance, or controller-level roles, preferably in multi-entity environments.
