Requirements

8–10 years of hospitality finance experience, including team leadership.
Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Strong technical accounting, controls, and forecasting capability.
Proven experience with multi‑outlet operations and inventory-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in full compliance with HSH standards, regulatory requirements, and audit protocols.
Direct the entire forecasting and budgeting cycle, driving greater accuracy, robust analytics, and stronger business ownership of departmental forecasts in alignment with Quail’s strategic and financial plans.
Deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and KPIs to operational leaders to enable data-driven decision-making and enhance understanding of profitability drivers.
Support long-term financial planning, investment decisions, and capital budgeting, providing financial stewardship that enables sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Direct, coach, and develop the Finance team—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, Cost Control, and all transactional finance functions—to ensure high performance and accountability.
