Financial Controller
About The Position
In this role, the Controller will provide strategic leadership on all financial metrics related to the company and will partner with the leadership team to define an execute annual objectives, and own financial forecasting and reporting. This person must be a strong leader with the ability to drive finance activities within a matrixed environment, capable of establishing tactical plans and be accountable for the results. The Financial Controller will provide leadership, mentoring and development for accounting staff, managing performance and talent development in a proactive manner. This position reports to the CFO.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant
- 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles with managerial experience of multi-functional accounting teams
Nice To Haves
- MBA preferred
- Background or exposure in/to manufacturing is preferable
