About The Position

The position involves coordination and optimization of financial functions across portfolio companies and assets. This includes accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and planning, and streamlining of financial and operational processes. The role also requires maintenance of financial models and analysis of investment performance, both on a consolidated portfolio level and for individual companies/assets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• UAE experience is a strong advantage
• Solid skills in financial reporting, analysis, modeling, and presentation development
• Ability to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships and resolve issues
• Full professional fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Coordination and optimization of financial functions across portfolio companies and assets, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and planning, and streamlining of financial and operational processes
• Maintenance of financial models and analysis of investment performance — both on a consolidated portfolio level and for individual companies/assets
• Internal control and compliance oversight
• Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Cross-functional communication and coordination across the family office team, portfolio companies, external partners, and service providers
• Preparation of financial and shareholder reports, presentations, memos, and analytical materials for shareholders and management
