About The Position

The Financial Control Analyst at ADP is responsible for providing support to the Trading group, focusing on the reconciliation of financial records, investment trading, cash management, and tax reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial control processes and the ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in financial data. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of general finance/financial control experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily share balance reconciliation between the record keeping system and trust holdings.
• Research and resolve discrepancies arising from variances in financial records.
• Place, confirm, and instruct for settlement of investment trades as directed by participants and plan sponsors.
• Report daily trade activity to internal and external parties.
• Work with investment firms to establish account opening and trading relationships.
• Obtain and validate pricing and performance information from investment firms.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations for established demand deposit accounts.
• Instruct trustees and custodians on money movements associated with cash accounts.
• Acquire and post all dividend transactions to the record keeping system.
• Perform activities necessary for daily production of retirement plan checks.
• Conduct federal and state tax reporting responsibilities and reconciliations.
• Identify and communicate new tax legislation impacts to relevant parties.
• Conduct studies and handle various accounting projects as needed.
