You will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by assisting with routine financial transactions at an exceptional service level. You will use a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill member financial needs, referring members to specialized departments when necessary. You are experienced with and adaptable to all Teller and Platform functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine financial transactions at an exceptional service level.
- Evaluate, educate, and fulfill member financial needs.
- Refer members to specialized departments when necessary.
- Identify and educate members on additional products and services offered by the Credit Union.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of previous banking or related experience.
- Knowledge of Teller and Platform operations.
- Exceptional service delivery ability.
- Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing negotiable instruments.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, and deal with sensitive information.
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
