This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as the finance lead, owning the financial performance and driving business impact across all operational areas. The role is responsible for overseeing spend, managing financial forecasts, and building strong business partnerships with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Operational Excellence, and Plant Management. As the finance leader, you will support all financial aspects of plant operations, including programmatic savings, headcount tracking, capital forecasting, volume analysis, manufacturing variance analysis, inventory management, and cost center spend reporting. In addition to supporting core manufacturing operations, the role also provides financial oversight for R&D activities across multiple sites. This includes partnering with engineering and program management teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of R&D spending, supporting program-level. This role is ideal for a finance professional seeking to expand their impact through cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence, and strategic support of both manufacturing and innovation-driven initiatives.
