About The Position

As a Financial Consultant at Fidelity's Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with customers, offering guidance and personalized financial planning. This role focuses on deepening existing client relationships and creating complex financial plans, leveraging Fidelity's established client base and institutional business feeders, rather than sourcing new clients. Fidelity provides an open architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry to support you in nurturing client relationships and extending the firm's brand. You will be responsible for mentoring and supporting clients in reaching their retirement goals by providing comprehensive investment solutions and retirement plans. The role requires strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage clients through personal interactions and make a positive impact in the community.

Requirements

  • Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs and recommending solutions
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience with a passion for seeing others thrive
  • Motivated by results and finding solutions, taking initiative and exceeding customer expectations
  • Extensive knowledge of investment solutions
