About The Position

Overview We are seeking a high-performing Financial Consultant to support banking and financial services finance transformation initiatives. This is a client-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and solution-shaping capabilities.

Requirements

• Big 4 consulting background (Manager or strong Senior Consultant ready for Manager).
• Proven experience in banking or financial services finance transformation.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and executive storytelling capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with: o Stakeholder discovery o Target-state design o Roadmap and value case development
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments.
