About The Position

As a Financial Consultant at Fidelity's Investor Center, you will engage face-to-face with clients, offering guidance and personalized financial planning. The primary focus is on deepening client relationships and creating complex financial plans, leveraging Fidelity's existing client base and institutional feeders of business. Fidelity provides an open architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry, supporting professional growth, flexibility, and long-term success for both you and the clients.

Requirements

  • Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs and recommending solutions
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • Keen ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility
  • Being coachable, collaborative, and curious
  • Committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience with a passion for seeing others thrive
  • Motivated by results and finding solutions, taking initiative and exceeding customer expectations
  • Extensive knowledge of investment solutions
  • Steadfast commitment to your clients
