Primary Responsibilities: Develop, consolidate and managed consolidated Optum financial reporting through working with segment finance partners Maintain and manage Optum’s financial warehouse supporting financial reporting to leadership and UHG Partner in preparing enterprise executive reporting in support of monthly business reviews, annual business planning and long-range planning Produce clear, well-formatted reporting that communicate a clear, compelling message for their stakeholders including month-end, quarterly forecast and ad hoc requests This position is on Optum Corporate’s FP&A team, which will give the candidate excellent exposure to all of Optum’s businesses and a unique view of the work being done by senior management You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
4+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
Proven experience driving business performance in a high growth environment
Intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, index matching) of excel skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
