About The Position
As a Financial Consultant (Retirement Consultant) at Empower, you will be an integral part of our growing Empower Personal Wealth sales team, dedicated to providing support to our customers during key life moments. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping others achieve their long-term financial goals through personal wealth management strategies. You will engage with customers over the phone, offering guidance on their retirement savings options, including 401K and IRA products. Your contributions will not only help customers navigate their retirement plans but also deepen their relationship with Empower, ensuring they feel supported and informed about their financial decisions. In this position, you will be responsible for discussing available account options that align with customers' retirement savings goals, particularly during significant transitions such as starting or ending employment. You will educate customers on the specifics of their retirement plans, comparing various options to best support their savings objectives. The role emphasizes the importance of building strong relationships with customers, as you will be their trusted advisor during critical financial decisions.
