Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!
Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

Engage with Members: Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.
Loan Solutions: Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.
Account Services: Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.
Product Recommendations: Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.
Financial Guidance: Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.
Tech Support: Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.
Compliance & Security: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.
