Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience coordinating and communicating effectively with finance and business partners.
• 4+ years of work experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Proven solid attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
• Experience with SAS and Essbase for data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with OCIO operations, IT systems, and Datacenter expenses.

Responsibilities

• Develop, perform, and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting for your departments regarding headcount and expense.
• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to plan, forecast, and budget.
• Identify potential financial risks and opportunities within the department forecasts you manage.
• Conduct financial modeling by legal entity.
• Provide ad hoc support and analysis as needed.
