About The Position

A Day in the Life includes being a valued member of a team of two Finance Consultants and one Finance Director, leading cost center and project budgets and headcount management for the Training and Education pillars, and conducting monthly, quarterly, annual and Strategic Plan analysis, budget builds, and system inputs. You will also lead the forecast process and accuracy, prepare and present monthly excel and PowerPoint reviews of results, and drive business partner organization structure implementation plan to successfully execute strategic priorities. Additionally, you will lead continuous process improvement to standardize processes and drive efficiencies, lead in special projects as assigned, and comply with policies or governmental regulations.
